Customers are able to track their order from the moment their order is placed until the food is delivered to their door by trusted couriers. Skip the Dishes partnered with Abacus to develop more effective, zero-waste Facebook ad campaign. The goal of the campaign was to acquire mobile net new users to the platform and drive efficient first purchases. Abacus was also tasked with re-engaging existing users to the platform.

Strategy

Abacus' experienced optimizers moved away from page post-engagements and instead used conversion campaigns optimized toward the client's various purchase events based on Facebook pixel data. Abacus also set up a complex system of multiple conversion data points using the Facebook Pixel in order to get a holistic overview of users conversion paths and scale user acquisition campaigns.
